Many of the products come from all over the world so, lead times vary depending on each product. Many can arrive as quickly as within 1 week or can take as long as 16-22 weeks. On average, items are received within 3-4 weeks.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Oops, not so in love with what just arrived? Not to worry, refunds are issued in the original payment form and price, less shipping and handling charges. Simply ensure that you have the item in its original packaging and that it’s been unused and in the same condition as it arrived.

Generally, refunds take approximately 7-14 business days to appear back in your account.

If for any reason return an item that qualified for Free Shipping, you will be refunded the cost of the item, with the standard shipping cost as well as a 25% restocking fee deducted.

Any items that are received damaged or defected must be reported via email within 48 hours.
